Design Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Design Leader to drive revenue growth and develop design experiences for customers.

This role involves driving business decisions through qualitative insights and quantitative analysis. The successful candidate will also lead a team of designers, territory area managers, and other members.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Contributing to business strategy through in-depth analysis and insightful inputs.
  • Developing and managing a high-performing team of designers, ensuring seamless design closure for our catalogue products and home improvement services.
  • Driving key performance indicators such as timely design sign-offs, snag-free designs, sales penetration, customer satisfaction, and team member satisfaction.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in architecture or design, with an MBA being advantageous.
  • At least 6-7 years of experience in interior fit-out businesses, with a proven track record of managing revenue-generating teams or selling design products/services through a team of designers.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to convey business requirements effectively.
  • A structured thought process, strong analytical ability, and determination to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, including direct team reporting experience.
  • A deep understanding of the interior fit-out industry, processes, market trends, and passion for continuous improvement.
