Management Trainee - S2P Operations Role

We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Management Trainee to join our Supply Chain team. This is an excellent opportunity for you to develop your skills in procurement, logistics, and supplier management.


In this role, you will be responsible for managing purchase orders, driving order fulfillment, and resolving supplier discrepancies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of tasks and meet business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Purchase Order Management: Issue purchase orders based on demands or purchase requisitions received from stakeholders.
  • Order Fulfillment: Drive order acknowledgement and order fulfillment as per the need date or promise date by collaborating with suppliers, logistics, and fulfillment teams.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate prices, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Performance Metrics: Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of supply chain operations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance process efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:
  • A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
