About the Role

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating compelling visual content that supports the mission of promoting sustainable urban mobility and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Visual Communication & Branding
  • Develop visual concepts and designs for all print and digital media, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Create infographics, presentations, and other visual assets that communicate complex ideas clearly.
Campaign & Event Collateral
  • Design materials for large-scale public campaigns and events, including posters, banners, social media graphics, and event signage.
  • Work with the team to create engaging visuals for public awareness campaigns aimed at diverse audiences, including children, youth, and vulnerable road users.
Content & Storytelling
  • Transform research data and reports into visually engaging and easy-to-understand infographics and charts.
  • Support the creation of visual narratives for success stories, case studies, and public-facing reports.
Digital & Social Media
  • Create dynamic content for social media platforms (static images, short animations, GIFs) to drive engagement and amplify key messages.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating the organization's website with new visual content.
Photography & Videography
  • Help capture and edit photos and videos from events and projects to build a rich visual library.
  • Work with external photographers and videographers as needed.

Requirements

A successful candidate will possess excellent visual design skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Strong communication and project management skills are essential for this role. The ideal candidate will have experience working with various design software applications, including Adobe Creative Suite.

Knowledge of graphic design principles and best practices is also necessary for this position. Familiarity with web development and design for digital platforms is a plus.
