SAP Document Compliance Expert Job Description

We are seeking a skilled SAP DRC expert to play a key role in implementing and supporting SAP DRC solutions. This individual will be responsible for configuring SAP DRC for e-invoicing and statutory reporting, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and integrating the system with SAP S/4HANA and third-party tax platforms.

Responsibilities:
  • Configure and implement SAP DRC for e-invoicing and statutory reporting.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements like GST, e-way bill, and SAF-T.
  • Develop and integrate DRC with SAP S/4HANA and third-party tax systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Monitor DRC operations, handle error resolution, and manage updates.
  • Support audits and legal change requirements.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated expertise in e-invoicing, e-reporting, VAT, and GST regulations.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP DRC or ACR (Advanced Compliance Reporting).
  • Proven track record of integration to tax authority platforms like NIC, PEPPOL, and SAF-T.
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, FI, and localization features.
  • Able to work independently and manage remote client interactions.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Accounting, or Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
