We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Airport Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day functioning of the Airport Operation Control Centre (AOCC), ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and adherence to our company's objectives and philosophy.
The AOCC is the central hub for airport operations, responsible for managing passenger, baggage, aircraft, and information processes in real-time. As an Airport Operations Manager, you will oversee the synchronization of all airport processes and sub-processes, ensuring that our quality, efficiency, and punctuality objectives are achieved.
This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the aviation industry. You will work closely with our team to implement standard operating procedures, manage resources, and conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and system integrity.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will also be responsible for promoting our AOCC concept to new partners and stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination and collaboration across all airport processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Synchronize performance of all airport processes and sub-processes in real-time
- Implement standard operating procedures and manage resources effectively
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and system integrity
- Promote our AOCC concept to new partners and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management or related field
- Minimum 9 years of experience in airport operations management
