We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to drive our business growth in the Indian, US, and European markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.

Job Summary

The Sales Director will be responsible for identifying prospects, arranging meetings, and conducting cold calls to identify and pursue business opportunities. This role will also involve building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners in the Indian market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers, generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, and other prospecting methods, and develop and maintain a database of leads and opportunities.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospective clients and partners, prepare presentations and materials for meetings, and follow up on leads to ensure a strong conversion rate.
  • Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners in the Indian market, understand client needs, and provide solutions that align with our products and services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the Indian market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and create business opportunities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and results-oriented.
