Urban Growth Leader Wanted

We've already built traction with our flatmate-finding platform and are now scaling to the next level. As a key member of our founding team, you'll work closely with us to build long-term vision, unlock capital, and design scalable business models that can transform intra-city living in India.

What You'll Drive:

  • Strategy: Define business roadmaps, competitive positioning, and market expansion.
  • Growth: Build partnerships, accelerate user acquisition, and scale revenue.
  • Finance: Lead fundraising, investor relations, and financial planning.
  • Leadership: Be hands-on with decision-making and guide the company alongside the founder.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in investments, strategy consulting, or growth leadership roles.
  • Strong network in the VC, PE, or startup ecosystem.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – ability to build from scratch and take ownership.
  • Passion for solving real urban problems and scaling businesses that impact millions.
