Job Title: Principal Transport Economist

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transport economics, with experience in business case development, transport planning, and economic appraisal. You will also possess excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage business cases for transport projects;
  • Conduct economic appraisals and provide advice on transport strategies;
  • Provide technical leadership and expertise to clients on complex transport projects;
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement transport plans and policies;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in transport economics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Master's degree or Ph.D. in Transport Economics or a related field;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in transport economics, business case development, and transport planning;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and transport planning software.
