Job Title: Space Designer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Space Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for creating innovative designs that meet the needs of our clients.

Your primary focus will be on developing design concepts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, drive deal closure, and lead design meetings to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing design concepts based on client needs and preferences.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Leading design meetings to drive deal closure and ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.
  • Owning an end-to-end project lifecycle, from conceptualization to completion.

Requirements:

  • Graduation or relevant Diploma in Interior Design or related field.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience as a Space Designer, preferably in residential projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of design tools, including PPT presentation, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.
  • Strong design expertise in Conceptual design, Technical design, Modular design, and Civil works & Services.
  • Ability to create BoQ for customers, coordinate with internal & external agencies, and lead design meetings with clients.
  • Strong sales expertise in Sales Closure, logical & trusted Sales pitch, and driving design meetings with clients.
  • Behavioural attributes of Result-oriented, Team work, Integrity & Ethics, Crisp & meaningful communication, and willingness to learn.
