Key Front-End Designer Position Overview

We are seeking an exceptional, forward-thinking Senior Front-End Designer who is not only skilled in crafting visually appealing, high-performance user interfaces but also has the leadership skills to guide a small team of designers and developers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the front-end vision of our digital platforms, leading by example, while collaborating cross-functionally with product and backend teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of UI/UX design principles, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement scalable, clean front-end codebases that meet quality standards
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a front-end design/development team
  • Collaborate with product and backend teams to architect user experience across web properties

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of front-end development experience
  • 2+ years in a leadership or team management capacity
  • Proven portfolio demonstrating end-to-end project execution
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
