Job Description:

The role provides great exposure to building new growth avenues and equips you with essential skills and knowledge necessary for a successful career in management. You will work closely with various departments, gaining insights into different aspects of our business operations and drive significant business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Pursue critical business outcomes, process improvements, and operating model development for business-critical projects from scratch
  • Evaluate business viability and identify market opportunities for new growth channels and products
  • Develop playbooks, processes, and systems for initiatives to enable scalable business growth
  • Analyze business metrics, unit economics, and financial feasibility to inform strategic decisions
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, market visits, and product requirements documents to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance company processes and procedures
  • Provide regular analysis and reporting on business performance metrics
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop management skills and expertise

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with focus on first principles and innovative thinking
  • Hands-on approach to problem-solving with ability to collaborate and succeed with teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in growth strategy, go-to-market, and new market expansion projects in consulting and core companies
  • Exposure to consumer and retail-oriented industries; real estate and home care and home interiors is an added advantage

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
