AI Development Role Overview

The primary objective of this role is to contribute to the development and refinement of next-generation AI models. This entails working on dataset generation, model evaluation, and Python programming — with a focus on Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT) and Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop efficient Python code that supports AI training pipelines.
  • Generate and refine datasets for SFT and contribute to RLHF workflows.
  • Run evaluations to measure and compare model performance.
  • Assess and rank model outputs, providing clear, structured feedback.
  • Collaborate with researchers and annotators to enhance model alignment.
  • Maintain clean code and documentation to ensure reproducibility.

Requirements

To excel in this position, candidates should possess:

  • Proficiency in Python with strong debugging and optimization skills.
  • Familiarity with Python testing frameworks (unit, integration, property-based).
  • Understanding of concurrency, multi-threading, and async programming.
  • Experience with code quality, architectural patterns, and refactoring.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and clear communication skills in English.
