About the Role:
The Telemarketing Executive will be responsible for supervising the work of our Telemarketers, assigning shifts, setting regular goals, and delegating work. They will also be required to tend to escalated queries and concerns, foster a collaborative work environment, and ensure the provision of consistent, high-quality service by staff.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Marketing-Related Training Program
- Experience as a Telemarketing Executive
- Considerable Experience as a Telemarketer
- Knowledge of Consumer Rights and Responsibilities
- Excellent Communication Skills
