Job Title: Automation Testing Specialist

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled automation testing professional with 4–6 years of experience in designing and maintaining automation frameworks using Ranorex.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing and maintaining automation test scripts using Ranorex (C#) for banking applications, making modular, reusable test components, and automating test scenarios across web, API layers as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using Ranorex (C#)
  2. Make modular, reusable test components
  3. Automate test scenarios across web, API layers as per project requirements
  4. Integrate test cases into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or similar
  5. Collaborate with business analysts and developers to understand workflows and data dependencies
  6. Implement suite-level recovery, error handling, and retry logic in automation frameworks
  7. Perform daily execution, defect logging, triaging, and provide quality dashboards/reports
  8. Participate in peer reviews, contribute to framework enhancements, and follow QA best practices
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • 4–6 years of total experience in test automation, with minimum 3+ years in Ranorex
  • Strong proficiency in C#, Ranorex Studio, and object repository management
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and test management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps)
  • Experience with version control systems (Git, TFS)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have

In addition to the above requirements, it would be beneficial if you have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, Swagger, or integrated API modules in Ranorex)
  • Proficient in writing SQL queries for backend validation
  • Exposure to self-healing test modules or modular frameworks in Ranorex
  • Knowledge of APIs, and data orchestration flow
  • Familiarity with CI/CD integration, test reporting dashboards (Allure, Extent, etc.)
Certifications

Possession of the following certifications is highly desirable:

  • Ranorex Certified Automation Professional
  • Domain knowledge certifications in Banking or Financial Services
