As a Senior Structural BIM Technician M/F at WME Consultancy LLC, you will be responsible for leading medium and smaller projects, reporting to the Team BIM Coordinator and BIM Manager. Your key responsibilities will include clarifying the scope of work from the Project lead / BIM Coordinator, ensuring timely delivery of assigned tasks, and coordinating with other services and informing the team of any major coordination issues. You will also be required to have sound knowledge in Structural Engineering detailing, ability to read and understand other discipline drawings, and ability to produce BIM Models/ drawings with minimal supervision.

Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating with other disciplines team members, setting up and maintaining job drawing filing systems to office standards, and contributing to the development of company systems by reviewing existing procedures and commenting using the feedback system. You will also be required to take part in task groups, represent your team, attend team meetings, and provide feedback on company development.
