Job Title: Cybersecurity Expert

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Expert to join our team.

Job Description:

Cybersecurity Experts play a vital role in protecting an organization's infrastructure from cyber threats. They design and implement secure network architectures, collaborate with teams, and participate in technical reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement secure network architectures using Zscaler solutions.
  • Collaborate with offshore teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Participate in technical reviews and provide status updates during CAB meetings.
  • Solve incidents, changes, and problem tickets on a daily basis.
  • Work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays, to cover 24/7 operations.
  • Coordinate with vendors to resolve ongoing issues.

Required Technical Skills:

  • Extensive knowledge of Infrastructure security, Proxy, and Zscaler solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with designing and implementing Zscaler solutions.
  • Ability to gather required information to arrive at optimal solutions.
  • Good hands-on experience in migrating proxy solutions to Zscaler solutions.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in designing and integrating Zscaler solutions with existing authentication servers using protocols such as LDAP, IWA, IWA-direct, SSO, Active Directory.
  • Experience in deploying and supporting forward proxy, explicit, and transparent Web Content Filtering/Web Proxy configurations.
  • Advanced networking troubleshooting skills and extensive knowledge of web connectivity and protocols (WCCP, PAC files, TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS, SSL, FTP, Telnet, SSH, etc.).

Desirable Competencies:

  • Good analytical and debugging skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with SMEs, stakeholders, manage timelines, escalation & provide on-time status.
  • Exposure on Agile methodology, ITIL framework Domain knowledge.
  • Good knowledge and experience on AD, Network, and Firewall.
  • Good documentation skill with network architecture drawing experience with Microsoft Visio to prepare and update diagrams.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in reading, writing, and conversing in English/Japanese languages.
  • Able to understand requirements and work on solution approach/project deliverables as per given schedules.
  • Should be willing to work in rotational shifts covering 24/7 operations.
