Job Title: Data Integration Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional with experience building custom reports, data packages, and dashboards within a unified platform.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain custom reports and analytics using business intelligence tools.
  • Build data packages and configure data feeds for integration with downstream systems.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with regulatory frameworks.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize existing reports and data workflows.
  • Provide end-user training and documentation for reporting processes.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience building custom reports and packages in a unified platform.
  • Proficiency with business intelligence tools and data integration software.
  • Strong understanding of human resources information systems and payroll data models.
  • Experience with data mapping, ETL processes, and API integrations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with SQL for data querying and transformation.
  • Knowledge of workforce management and timekeeping modules.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing or large enterprise environments.
