Cloud Data Specialist

Job Overview:

We seek an experienced Cloud Data Specialist to collaborate with our data science team in developing advanced data algorithms, modeling front-end and back-end data sources, and building efficient data pipelines.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with our data science team to design and implement complex data models that provide valuable insights into our business operations.
  • Apply agile development methodologies to iteratively enhance our back-end systems and improve overall system performance.
  • Develop comprehensive data models that integrate front-end and back-end data sources, enabling robust data analysis and visualization.
  • Build scalable data pipelines that efficiently clean, transform, and aggregate data from diverse sources.
  • Design predictive models that can inform business decisions and drive growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience with Python, SQL, and data visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with Big Data and Google Cloud technologies.
  • Strong expertise in Google Cloud's BigQuery, Airflow, CI/CD, and other related tools.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, R).
  • Knowledge of Core Java, Linux, SQL, and scripting languages.
  • Experience with Python, Spark, and Hive.
  • Effective communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work on dynamic teams with concurrent projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in building or maintaining ETL processes.
  • Professional certification.
