We're seeking a skilled QA Engineer to join our Product & Engineering team. As a critical member of this team, you will ensure the quality of our web and mobile solutions, delivering seamless, reliable, and impactful experiences for users.

Your role involves executing manual tests, writing clear and reusable test cases, and validating functionality across multiple user roles. You'll bring strong expertise in testing different user roles and environments, with the ability to safeguard user trust, support product innovation, and help us scale with confidence.

  • Ensure Product Quality: Execute structured manual tests, write clear and reusable test cases, and validate functionality across multiple user roles.">
  • Improve Reliability: Design, execute, and maintain test automation scripts and frameworks for core workflows.">
  • Strengthen API Stability: Perform thorough API testing, validate integrations, and identify edge cases.">

Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with product managers, engineers, and designers to embed quality into every phase of the product lifecycle.

Enhance Release Confidence: Drive test coverage, regression testing, and continuous improvement of QA processes.

  • Comprehensive manual test coverage for new features, regression cycles, and multi-role workflows.">
  • Automated test scripts that validate key flows across our web and mobile applications.">

  • QA metrics and reporting that track defect trends, coverage, and release readiness.">
  • Active participation in sprint ceremonies and release cycles, serving as a quality advocate within the team.">

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of QA experience in a product-driven environment.">
  • Strong proficiency in manual testing and test case writing.">
  • Experience testing web and mobile applications with multiple user roles.">
  • Hands-on experience with API testing (Postman, REST, GraphQL, etc.).">
  • Familiarity with or experience in test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Playwright).">
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to reproduce and document complex issues.">
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in agile, cross-functional teams.">
