Roles and Responsibilities:

Customer Handling:
Receiving customers with a smile and greeting them politely, professionally, and with courtesy
Verifying service requests made by customers and capturing VOC (Voice of Customer) and updating it in the system
Conversational skills for telephonic as well as face-to-face discussions
Communicating with customers about repair updates

Diagnosis:

Analysing and diagnosing vehicles to identify the number and type of repairs required
Updating diagnosis reports in the WMS (Workshop Management System)
Performing repairs and final inspections on vehicles if desired repairs are completed as per customer requirements
