Job Title: Architectural Leader

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Leader to develop a comprehensive understanding of project requirements and context.

You will prepare and articulate detailed design briefs aligned with client vision, propose optimal architectural plans that balance functionality, aesthetics, and efficiency, and coordinate plan submissions and secure approvals from relevant boards and authorities.

You will identify and engage external consultants (primary architects, facility planners, MEP, HVAC) and ensure design integrity is upheld throughout project development and execution.

You will manage vendor selection, contracting, and relationships, and oversee design coordination with operating teams to ensure seamless integration of operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of project land and context.
  • Prepare and articulate detailed design briefs aligned with client vision.
  • Propose optimal architectural plans that balance functionality, aesthetics, and efficiency.
  • Coordinate plan submissions and secure approvals from relevant boards and authorities.
  • Identify and engage external consultants (primary architects, facility planners, MEP, HVAC).
  • Ensure design integrity is upheld throughout project development and execution.
  • Manage vendor selection, contracting, and relationships.
  • Oversee design coordination with operating teams to ensure seamless integration of operational needs.

Requirements:

  • 4–10 years of professional experience in architecture, preferably in hospitality, commercial, or large-scale developments.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of design principles, building codes, and approval processes.
  • Proven ability to lead design development and liaise with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience coordinating with consultants (structural, MEP, HVAC, etc.) and vendors.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong sense of design integrity and ability to translate concepts into executable plans.
  • Experience in hospitality projects is a strong plus.
