Dialysis Technician

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our team at RTI Renal Treatment Centers - Illinois, Inc. in Batavia, Ohio.

• Direct Patient Care: You will spend most of your day interacting with patients, providing them with individualized care and support during their dialysis treatments.
• Technician Duties: You will be responsible for monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including taking vital signs, conducting patient observations, and setting up hemodialysis machines.

• Desire to Enter Healthcare Field: You should have a genuine interest in helping others and a passion for working in healthcare.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent: You must have a high school diploma or equivalent to apply for this position.
• Comfort Level with Blood and Needles: You should be comfortable working around blood and needles.
• Physical and Mental Ability: You must be physically and mentally able to work long hours on your feet and perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.

• Competitive Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year (dependent on experience)
