Project Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled project leader to spearhead our projects from inception to delivery. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring timely completion and meeting client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage team assignments and ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Design and implement automated testing frameworks to guarantee platform stability.
  • Develop back-testing frameworks and historical data analysis tools for strategy research.
  • Maintain real-time trading applications using C++ and C#.
  • Integrate third-party APIs (e.g., market data feeds, FIX protocol, broker APIs) with internal systems.
  • Optimize and refactor codebases for low-latency and high-throughput performance.
  • Ensure code adheres to security, compliance, and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor and support production trading systems, including troubleshooting and incident resolution.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership experience with a proven track record of managing teams.
  • Proficiency in C++, C# programming languages.
  • Experience with third-party API integration (e.g., market data feeds, FIX protocol).
  • Knowledge of low-latency and high-throughput system design.
  • Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and tools.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.
  • Understanding of security and compliance requirements in fintech.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in project management or related fields.
