Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Social Media Strategist to develop and execute platform-specific content strategies aligned with marketing and product goals.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Development: Create high-quality, engaging posts, newsletters, and content that aligns with our brand voice and messaging.
  • Audience Analysis: Identify rising platforms, shifting audience behaviors, and whitespace opportunities to expand our online presence.
  • Campaign Execution: Manage and grow executive profiles on LinkedIn, ensuring thought leadership is established and sustained.
  • Platform Optimization: Write social-first, platform-optimized content with strong hooks, value delivery, and brand consistency.
  • Community Engagement: Foster meaningful conversations by responding to DMs, comments, and mentions promptly and strategically.
  • Industry Participation: Actively participate in and engage with industry groups, community spaces, Reddit threads, and partner content.
  • Employee Advocacy: Explore employee advocacy and support internal champions with curated content.
  • Campaign Performance: Execute and optimize campaigns using social media ad platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Business Suite, etc.).

Requirements:
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in social media strategy, content creation, and campaign execution.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation tools, and analytics software.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
