Job Summary

Karpagam Hospitals is seeking a skilled Physiotherapy Specialist to join our team. As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for assessing patients' physical challenges and developing suitable treatment programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Assessment and Treatment: Meet with patients to understand their physical challenges and create personalized treatment plans.
  • Progress Monitoring: Regularly monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaboration and Referral: Work with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and refer patients as necessary.
  • Family and Caregiver Involvement: Engage with patients' families and caregivers to ensure they are involved in treatment programs.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate patient records and reports.
  • Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with new physiotherapy technologies and techniques.
  • Leadership and Education: Supervise and guide students and junior Physiotherapists, and participate in evidence-based projects to improve patient care.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with government physiotherapy regulations.
