Job Role: Project Coordinator

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Project Coordinator in our organization.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end automation projects for sales and marketing teams by overseeing the design and implementation of automation workflows using n8n, Zapier, or Make.com.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to interns in setting up Workflow automation systems (Clay, N8n, and Zapier) while ensuring smooth integration of tools like Apollo, Clay, Instantly, and via APIs/webhooks.
  • Monitor the quality of data pipelines for enrichment, lead scoring, and AI-driven workflows, and review and validate outputs (data cleaning, reports, dashboards) before sharing with clients.
  • Act as the primary client contact – providing updates, gathering feedback, and ensuring alignment.
  • Document processes and recommend improvements for scalability and efficiency.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

 

  • Excellent project coordination and management skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing automation.
  • Experience with workflow automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make.com).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
