Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies, preparing financial reports, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

  • Conduct audits of expense reports to ensure adherence to company policy and monitor employee compliance with travel and expense procedures.
  • Develop and distribute regular financial reports to executive management highlighting key trends and potential areas for cost reduction.
  • Support the processing of bi-monthly expense reports and assist with maintenance of the company's expense management system.
  • Provide training and education on travel and expense processes to internal stakeholders and support the development of corporate card programs.
Key Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting with experience in expense report auditing, travel and expense management, or a related field. The following skills and qualifications are required:

  • Education: A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in expense report auditing, travel and expense management, or a similar finance role.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with expense management systems and proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
  • Knowledge: A strong understanding of corporate travel and expense policies and a basic knowledge of corporate card programs and expense categorization.
  • Analytical Skills: The ability to review data and identify cost-saving opportunities.
