Job Title: Network Team Lead

Job Description: As a senior network professional, you will lead our data center networking and private cloud & virtualization initiatives. This role requires experience in designing, implementing, and managing Cloud Network Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage Cloud Network Infrastructure, including physical and SDN network frameworks.
  • Maintain high availability, flexibility, and network performance, ensuring service level agreements are met.
  • Audit, review, and update infrastructure documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with clients and team members on day-to-day changes, incidents, and requests to provide timely support.
  • Lead a team of Network Engineers, providing technical guidance and evaluating team member performance to drive success.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess risks and provide recommendations to improve processes.
  • Develop and deliver technical solutions for cloud network infrastructure to meet business needs.

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining DataCenter networks with strong fundamentals in WAN & Routing technologies.
  • Expertise in Security technologies, Switching, QoS, and Network monitoring Protocols & Tools is required.
  • Familiarity with SDN Technologies, preferably hands-on experience with VMWare NSX or Juniper Contrail/Tungsten.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve complex network problems quickly and efficiently.
  • Project management skills and experience handling a team of minimum 4 people with excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and stay current with emerging trends to drive innovation.
