Job Description

Data management is a critical component of modern business operations.

As a professional services engineer, you will play a key role in empowering organisations to manage, secure and optimise their data with AI-powered self-service data management software.

Our mission is to create a transparent and unified data ecosystem that drives business value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer goals, milestones, initiatives and issues from beginning to resolution.
  • Implement data management software in customer environments.
  • Manage and maintain data management software in customer environments.
  • Operate and use data management software in customer environments to achieve customer objectives.
  • Develop custom reports for customers using data management software data and integrate it with other data repositories in the customer environment.
  • Integrate data management software with other applications and processes within customer environments using APIs and automation development.
  • Assist customers with technical support issues and provide resolutions.
  • Advise and educate customers to ensure complete solutions to technical or product issues.
  • Deliver positive customer experiences according to standards.
  • Write knowledge base articles for customers and internal teams to help diagnose and resolve problems quicker next time.
  • Educate customers on software usage, configuration and performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 2+ years of recent experience in a professional services position in an organisation that supports a client/server software environment.
  • Project management skills for a professional services position.
  • Knowledge of storage hardware and software NAS, Object systems.
  • Proficiency with Windows, Linux, Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Experience creating complex reports and dashboards using Kibana Tableau PowerBI.
  • Network setup/routing with mixed LAN/WAN operating system environments and knowledge of DNS WINS DHCP DFS.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving presentation and communication skills.
  • Calm courteous and professional under pressure.
  • Ability to influence and drive change across the organisation.
