Job Description:

As a Disputes Resolution Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and timely resolving customer disputes related to unapplied cash items. You will research and resolve all credit card chargebacks from various payment and circulation systems and products. Your duties will include processing cash receipts, posting payments to customer accounts, and reconciling bank statements.

You will also work closely with other departments to troubleshoot and resolve customer payment discrepancies. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Research and resolve customer disputes related to unapplied cash items
  • Work closely with other departments to troubleshoot and resolve customer payment discrepancies
