Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Sr. Creative Strategist to lead our creative team in developing award-winning campaigns across various industries.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for carrying out high-level creative duties, including campaign planning, ideation, scriptwriting, and copywriting. They will work closely with the New Business team on creative ideation and showcase concepts for pitches.

  • Craft compelling stories that capture the essence of each brand, ensuring creative work meets the highest standards.
  • Develop and propose strategic presentations for pitches, converting clients with interactive and engaging content.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and news, incorporating this knowledge into creative projects.
  • Presentation skills: present entire creative plans to clients, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
  • Provide visual direction to graphic design teams, guiding them in bringing creative ideas to life.
  • BREAK DOWN BRIEFS WITH JUNIOR CREATIVES FOR EFFICIENT PROCESSING AND ENHANCED PRODUCTIVITY
  • Work on revisions, adhering to self-set timelines that balance creativity and practicality while meeting client goals.
  • Actively participate throughout production processes, from idea conception to final product delivery.
  • Conduct in-depth research on brands, competition, target audiences, and stay aware of their evolving needs.
