About the Role:

  • We are seeking a skilled and data-driven professional to lead the end-to-end tracking and analytics setup for our web platform.

This role is responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive measurement framework, ensuring accurate data collection, and delivering actionable insights that drive business performance and user experience optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a robust tracking and measurement plan aligned with platform architecture and business goals.
  • Configure and maintain tracking infrastructure using Google Tag Manager (GTM), Mixpanel, and OneTrust Consent Platform.
  • Define and implement event tracking, user flow analysis, and conversion tracking.
  • Build custom Mixpanel dashboards and reports to monitor site performance and key KPIs.

We track critical user behaviors including navigation patterns, feature engagement, and drop-off points. We optimize tracking for multi-step conversion funnels and implement A/B testing and user segmentation strategies to evaluate and enhance performance. We ensure tracking accuracy through testing and debugging of event implementations.

Expertise You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience in web analytics and tracking implementation.
  • Hands-on expertise with GTM, Mixpanel, and consent management platforms.
  • Strong understanding of event-based analytics, conversion funnels, and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with privacy laws and their impact on tracking and data collection.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams.
