About the Role

As a seasoned professional, you will be tasked with delivering top-notch results in Online Banking and Mobile Banking projects within financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project planning, communication, and execution: Develop comprehensive Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) incorporating costing information. Ensure project completion within budgetary constraints and deadline targets while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
  • Documentation: Lead and review Requirements Documents, Functional Specs with wireframe diagrams and process charts, and Technical Design Documents.
  • Requirements gathering, analysis, and management: Organize meetings with stakeholders to capture requirements and convert them into a Scope of Work document.
  • Risks and Dependency Management: Identify and manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies of the project.
  • Review processes: Actively review project team artifacts and documents.
  • Pre-sales/Proposals: Present similar projects and related products to prospects during visits. Engage in Proof-Of-Concept engagements held in client premises.
  • Training: Prepare training materials and conduct trainings.
  • Communications and Presentations: Conduct project presentations, daily huddles, project board, and steering committee meetings.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of relevant working experience in delivery Online Banking and Mobile Banking projects in financial institutions.
  • Complete command over Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Complete command of Microsoft Project, Project Planning, and Execution.
  • Strong understanding of Processes, preferably PMP, CSM, and CMMI qualified.
  • Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to present information on PowerPoint and narrate for senior stakeholders.
  • Great interpersonal skills, communication, presentation, negotiation, persuasion, escalation management, and conflict management with strong organizing ability.
