As a skilled Marketing Graphic Designer, you will bring our brand to life across every channel by creating visually engaging assets for offline events and online presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design campaign materials & event assets: Develop graphics for booth designs, standees, banners, merch, handouts, social posts, digital ads, email graphics, and landing pages.
  • Support sales teams: Create sleek sales decks, brochures, one-pagers, and case study layouts that resonate with prospects.
  • Elevate content design: Transform long-form content like whitepapers, guides, and reports into visually appealing formats.
  • Collaborate on web & landing page visuals: Design and refine website pages, landing page layouts, and visual elements in Figma.
  • Ensure brand consistency & evolution: Align all outputs with brand standards while contributing to branding guidelines.
  • Handle quick-turn requests: Deliver day-to-day design asks from the marketing team with speed and creativity.
Requirements
  • 0-2 years of experience as a graphic designer, ideally in the B2B space (agency experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in essential design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, and Canva.
  • Awareness of modern design trends and ability to adapt them into marketing assets.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across digital, print, and web.
  • Comfort with open-ended briefs and ability to transform vague requirements into clear outputs.
  • High operator mindset—someone who delivers fast without compromising quality.

  • The marketing team is equipped with fresh, on-brand designs for sales decks, case studies, social media, and upcoming events.
  • You've contributed to our new brand guidelines, defining the look and feel that will scale with us.
  • You've built repeatable templates enabling the team to produce collaterals more efficiently.
  • Your designs are measurably improving engagement across campaigns.
  • You've earned a reputation for being a high-operator designer—quick, reliable, and always leveling up the creative quality of the brand.
