Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

Our company is seeking a seasoned Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automated test scripts using Selenium with Python (BDD frameworks like SpecFlow / Python Behave).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement automated test scripts for complex requirements.
  • Develop and maintain test cases for end-to-end testing of web applications, REST APIs, and integration projects in an Agile environment.
  • Work collaboratively with Test Manager, Product Managers, BAs, and Developers to assess test scenarios and define test requirements.
  • Plan and execute detailed functional test cases for product features.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and optimization opportunities in QA delivery.

Mandatory Skills:

  • 7+ years of QA experience (minimum 4+ years in Selenium BDD framework).
  • Strong expertise in Python for automation testing.
  • Hands-on experience in Selenium WebDriver, BDD (SpecFlow / Behave).
  • QA automation for Web Applications, Web Services, REST APIs.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC and manual testing practices.
  • Skilled in test case design, execution (manual + automation), and QA methodologies.
