Interior Design Career Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Interior Designer to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative design ideas and build detailed drawings that meet project requirements for aesthetics and functionality.
  • Analyze user needs and participate in research, conceptualization, and development of designs.
  • Present and express interior design ideas and planning through sketches.
  • Collaborate with a team and coordinate with other disciplines.
  • Prepare complete construction drawings, documents, and specifications for interior design and maintain graphical standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
  • 4-10 years of experience with strong technical competency.
  • Proficiency in software such as Revit, Sketchup, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with additional software knowledge is beneficial.

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:

  • Textures and material product selections.
  • Furniture, lighting, equipment, and window treatment product selections and specifications.
  • Ergonomics.
  • Architectural interior lighting.
  • Sanitary fixtures, fittings, and accessory products.
  • Disability codes and applicability to layouts.
  • Material sample boards.

Soft Skills:

  • Positive work ethics and ability to work in a demanding environment.
  • Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Revit for interior design concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong command of the English language.
