Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Specialist to lead our efforts in designing, developing and deploying advanced machine learning models.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science and significant experience in AI/ML, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Develop and deploy advanced AI/ML models using deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and reinforcement learning techniques.
  • Implement MLOps practices including CI/CD, container orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Design and manage big data infrastructure and platforms (Spark, Databricks, Hadoop).
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards for AI ethics, governance, and compliance.
  • Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and growth.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to define metrics and deliver measurable outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
  • 12-15 years of experience in AI/ML, with expertise in Oil & Gas domain.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, Scala, C++, with mastery of ML frameworks.
  • Expertise in cloud ML platforms, MLOps, and enterprise architecture.
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
