Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our team. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for operating and programming computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision parts. This is a full-time position with a work experience requirement of 1 to 3 years.

Key Responsibilities

  • CNC Machine Operation: Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, milling, turning, and grinding
  • Technical Drawing Interpretation: Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine machine set-up and programming requirements
  • CNC Programming: Write and modify CNC programs using CAD/CAM software
  • Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning, make adjustments as necessary, and perform routine maintenance to keep machines in good working condition

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in CNC programming
  • Skillset: Proficiency in CAD/CAM software, knowledge of machining processes and programming languages, ability to set up and operate CNC machines, attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and teamwork abilities
