Workplace Interior Designer

We are seeking an Architect with experience in workplace interior design to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to create functionally beautiful spaces that reflect clients' vision and objectives.

As a member of our team, you will collaborate with other designers, architects, strategists, and professionals throughout all phases of the project. Your focus will be on designing workplace interiors for corporate clients.

  • Develop comprehensive design concepts that meet client needs and expectations by collaborating with other team members.
  • Apply conceptual 3-dimensional thinking and graphic presentation skills to effectively communicate design ideas to clients.
  • Create detailed design documentation, including floor plans, elevations, and specifications, using SketchUp and AUTOCAD (2D).
  • Select furniture, finishes, lighting, and accessories, and produce material boards to ensure cohesive and aesthetically pleasing designs.
  • Follow design guidelines, building codes, and regulatory requirements to ensure safe and compliant designs.
  • Work with the team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, maintaining productivity and quality targets.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture, 1-3 years of experience in commercial interior design, and a proven track record of delivering unique and inspiring designs.

You should be able to demonstrate strong technical skills in SketchUp, AUTOCAD (2D), Photoshop, and Enscape, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
