Regulatory Reporting Operations Role

This position involves working in a team environment to manage and maintain the operational efficiency of regulatory reporting processes. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail and excellent communication abilities.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Executing assigned tasks related to regulatory reporting production activities
  • Ensuring adherence to established guidelines and protocols
  • Conducting regular checks to verify accuracy and timeliness
  • Maintaining up-to-date process manuals and conducting periodic reviews
  • Managing queries within the team and escalating issues as necessary
  • Assisting with the review and updating of procedures
  • Planning backup arrangements for team members during leave periods
  • Escalating issues promptly to avoid adverse impact on business operations
  • Maintaining effective communication with internal departments and stakeholders
  • Encouraging teamwork culture and promoting collaboration
  • Contributing to process improvement initiatives driven by management
  • Ensuring proper backups are created and assisting other teams during contingencies

Key Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of regulatory reporting principles and asset management concepts
  • 0-2 years of experience in a similar role (regulatory experience beneficial)
  • Proficiency in applications/tools such as Aladdin and Bloomberg (an advantage)
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to take responsibility, prioritize work and manage time effectively
  • Sound desktop PC skills including Microsoft Office
  • Basic German language knowledge beneficial
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately under tight deadlines
  • Team-playing skills and flexibility in working hours
