Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager to drive our company's online presence in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies, creating engaging content, managing paid ad campaigns, and monitoring social media performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media plans across multiple platforms.
  • Create high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns to generate leads and build brand awareness.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to inform future strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools is essential. Additionally, experience in content creation, graphic design, and video editing is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team, are also required.
