Job Summary:

A seasoned legal professional is required to join our dynamic team as a Contract Manager.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with commercial contracts, corporate legal matters, and regulatory compliance.

This role requires strong legal acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to support operations and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Management: Manage contract renewals, amendments, and terminations.
  • Drafting and Reviewing Contracts: Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements including Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Consultancy Agreements.
  • Corporate & Internal Policies: Draft and revise internal company policies, employee handbooks, and compliance protocols in alignment with current laws and best practices.
  • Legal Research & Advisory: Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis on corporate, commercial, and technology law issues. Provide strategic legal advice to internal stakeholders on issues involving regulatory and statutory compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • LLB from a recognized university
  • Min. 2 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant legal role
  • Exposure to corporate restructuring, venture capital transactions, and startup ecosystem legalities
  • Strong understanding of Indian Contract Act, Companies Act, and data protection laws
  • Excellent communication, drafting, and negotiation skills
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Attention to detail, organizational ability, and a sense of ownership
