Job Summary

As a Production Executive, you will be responsible for driving production success by developing strategic plans and schedules to meet output goals and deadlines. You will oversee daily manufacturing activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks and resolving operational issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing effective production strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Overseeing day-to-day manufacturing operations and ensuring adherence to production schedules.
  • Managing resources efficiently, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to optimize production efficiency.
  • Implementing quality control measures and monitoring production standards to ensure product quality meets specified criteria.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing measures to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Leading and supervising production teams and providing guidance, training, and support to ensure productivity and morale.

Requirements:
