We are building a cutting-edge digital infrastructure layer that prioritizes user and developer needs. Our mission is to empower billions of people with participatory power in the digital economy.

To achieve this, we have created our own L1 blockchain and a backend architecture for protocols and ecosystems, making digital infrastructure efficient, secure, and accessible. Our products are natively built for web 3.0, and you will collaborate with teams on tech products across blockchain and distributed systems.

In this role, you will lead technical design, remodeling, and refactoring of layer 1 blockchain, smart contracts, and systems for robustness and scalability.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, drive technical vision, create roadmaps, and make critical design decisions. You will build engineering processes, champion product thinking, provide technical leadership, and ensure quality and security.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive technical design remodeling, refactoring of layer 1 blockchain, smart contracts, and systems
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to create technical vision and detailed roadmaps
  • Lead technology & architectural decisions to drive teams for implementation & code reviews
  • Build engineering processes for the team and champion product thinking
  • Provide technical leadership with a focus on quality & security
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer sciences or equivalent stream
  • 10+ years of experience in blockchain products with good projects
  • Hands-on experience in Software Development using ReactJS and Node.js
  • Experience in various databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB
  • Strong Knowledge of algorithms and data structures
  • Preferred: Designed, developed, and deployed large-scale web applications on the cloud
  • Good understanding of Docker/Containerized application development
