As a seasoned Project Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring the timely delivery of our games.

You will need to understand the scope of each release and its objectives, allowing you to effectively triage and escalate issues as needed.

To achieve this, you will work closely with the Product Manager/Producer to plan resources and dependencies for each release, delivering a comprehensive project plan as the outcome.

This involves collaborating with various Heads of Department (HODs) and partner managers to ensure all resources are aligned.

You will be actively involved during the production phase, working with the creative, art, development, and quality control teams across projects to ensure they remain on track.

This includes reviewing progress periodically, conducting hands-on reviews of builds, tracking checklists, and updating project timelines.

If you encounter any problems or concerns that cannot be resolved independently, you should escalate them immediately and clearly, providing possible options for management to decide upon.

You should also be proficient in scheduling tools such as MS Project, SmartSheets, or Trello.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role is required.
  • You should have launched or updated products regularly, with at least 8 releases of an app within a 12-month period.
  • A passion for gaming is essential.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary.
  • A background in mobile app development or game development would be beneficial, enabling you to understand the teams involved in the game development process.
  • Familiarity with Android and iOS devices and stores would be an added advantage.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, preferably with additional formal qualifications in Project Management.
