Seeking a seasoned Murex mxml Development Back office expert to lead our team. This individual will be responsible for developing transformation logic for source data format to Murex understandable format (MxML), creating MxML import and export workflows using MXML Exchange, and documenting functional, technical specifications and test cases for integration.

Mandatory Skills:
  • At least 10+ years of experience on MX3.1 Back office
  • Deep understanding of the Murex system as a whole
  • Mxml exchange interface/mxml integration expertise is essential
  • Experience with Murex upgrade projects and workflow development involving trade life cycle, confirmation generation, error management, OSP, etc
  • Business analysis and requirement gathering skills, with ability to perform independently
  • UNIX and SQL expertise, as well as knowledge of financial instruments such as Interest Rate Derivatives, Credit Derivatives, Currency Derivatives, Swaps, Futures, Options, FRA, etc
Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop custom tasks in MxML Exchange for specific processing not available through standard task library
  • Work on CRs for BO Workflows including Contract, Event, Deliverable & other Business object workflows
  • Prepare and send timely status reports and track testing progress
  • Assist in test plan preparation and execution, identify errors and escalate issues for resolution
  • Escalate identified issues/risks to PM and assist with effort estimation related to development and UAT
  • Coordinate with development and infrastructure team for Mx environments and database availability
