Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Technical Specialist to implement and upgrade Oracle Fusion systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation and Upgrades: Lead the implementation and upgrade of Oracle Fusion systems, including regulatory changes and new feature adaptations.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess expertise in building workflows, reports, and alerts, as well as experience with AI integrations.
  • Module Knowledge: Have in-depth knowledge of primary modules such as recruitment (ORC) or payroll, and additional knowledge in two other modules like performance, talent management, core HR, and absence management.
  • VBCS and Redwood: Familiarity with VBCS as part of the transition to Redwood from classic pages.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Candidate Requirements: Minimum 7 years of experience, with some flexibility for exceptional candidates.
