We are seeking a seasoned Financial Reporting Specialist to lead our accounting team at ScaleneWorks. As the Lead Accounting Professional, you will be responsible for providing strategic support in managing accounts of assigned subsidiary companies, ensuring compliance with prevalent rules and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Account Management: Finalize and consolidate books of accounts for subsidiaries / projects, analyze accounts, evaluate regional office prepared books, and rectify errors.
- Foreign Remittances: Ensure timely payments to consultants / vendors residing out of India, obtain necessary certifications, and maintain proper documentation.
- Tax Compliance: Calculate TDS, Goods & Service Tax, etc., ensure correct PAN numbers, submit certificates on time, and adhere to tax norms.
- Audit Support: Assist auditors during audits by providing required data, resolving queries, and preparing documents.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement, recommend ideas to streamline efficiency/costs/productivity, and undertake process improvement activities.
- Qualification: CA/ CS/ MBA in Finance with 12+ years of experience in financial reporting and general accounting.
- Experience: 12+ Years of experience in general accounting and financial reporting.
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. This package reflects the expected market rate for a candidate with your profile.
