IT Infrastructure Specialist

This role involves supporting and maintaining the IT infrastructure of our organization in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Active Directory, Windows-based services, and related technologies.
Main Responsibilities:- Implement and maintain ITIL processes for incident, change, problem, request, and knowledge management.
- Contribute to ongoing improvement and take ownership of work.
- Minimum 4-6 years' experience in Active Directory and managing AD Forests, Domains, Trusts, OUs, FSMO roles, and GPOs.
- Strong knowledge of On-prem Exchange and hybrid configurations.
- Good understanding of Windows-related technology such as SCCM, Print or DFS server, SSO.
- Experience in vulnerability management and emergency support.
- Excellent customer service attitude, written and verbal communication skills, and ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
- Skilled in PowerShell scripting for automation of administrative tasks.
- Relevant technical accreditation or successful completion of vendor-certified training in at least one of our key technologies (Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Hybrid).
