About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to create visually compelling graphics for our marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and marketing materials.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with expertise in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, video editing using CapCut, and a strong understanding of design specifications across various social media platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Graphic Design: Create high-quality graphics that meet brand standards and appeal to our target audience.
  • Video Editing: Edit short-form videos and reels using CapCut or similar tools to showcase products and services.
  • Brand Consistency: Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all design assets.
  • Staying Updated: Stay current with the latest design trends and platform-specific requirements (Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.).
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and content teams to translate ideas into visually compelling creatives.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2–3 years of proven graphic design experience.
  • Design Skills: Proficient in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Video Editing: Experience with video editing tools, especially CapCut.
  • Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing social media graphics, branding, and video work.
  • Social Media: Deep understanding of social media design guidelines and best practices.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to feedback and make necessary changes quickly.
  • Marketing Principles: Basic understanding of marketing principles is a plus.

  • Animation: Animation or motion graphics experience.
  • Project Management Tools: Familiarity with project management tools like Trello, Asana, or Notion.
